Liebherr has introduced its next generation of Vinidor wine fridges, which will be available from September.

Consisting of 11 new models, inclusive of two SmartSteel door models, six GlassBlack door models, and three BlackSteel door models.

The manufacturer said that its wine fridges surpass the quality of wine cellars but also consist of these features:

  1. Constant Temperature – Protecting the wine’s character, Liebherr fridges provided double temperature protection thanks to TempProtect Plus, monitoring via two sensors, giving double assurance wine is protected from temperature fluctuations
  2. Correct Humidity – Ensuring supple corks, the new Vinidor models feature built-in HumidityControl that can be used to adjust the humidity individually per section – this ranges from 50 per cent to 80 per cent RH and constantly displays the actual value. If the value falls below 50 per cent RH, the appliance sends a notification
  3. UV Protection – Preventing unfavourable ageing processes from taking place, Liebherr’s glass door models have unique triple-layered tinted UV-protective glass and a double layer of vacuum-deposited metal
  4. Odour Prevention – Charcoal filters ensure a constant supply of fresh air helping neutralise foreign odours, preventing any change in taste. The appliance gives a reminder to change the filter every six months
  5. Vibration-free Storage – Thanks to a holistic vibration-insulated cooling system, wine is allowed to mature undisturbed

With two or three temperature-controlled zones that can be individually and accurately adjusted to the degree from +5 °C to +20 °C, its new Vinidor wine fridges offer maximum flexibility and allow homeowners to store red, white, or champagne at the appropriate temperatures within the same unit.

Similar to its extensive range of fridges, Liebherr’s Vinidor wine fridge is equipped with dimmable lights on both sides, helping to create a distinctive ambience and ensuring optimal visibility.

The range can be reconfigured to your consumers desires and needs and also comes with a SommerlierBoard, an area with glass holders, decanting zone and utensil tray which is designed for presenting and handling wine.
