Recently we’ve added even more exclusive ranges to our portfolio through White Knight, Midea and Sovereign, as well as expanding the range of our own brand, Iceking. Our fast, nationwide delivery service means Customers can get quick access to our stock, with the size of orders ranging from one item to hundreds. In a market where Retailers don’t want to hold high volumes of stock, the quick delivery service has been a huge benefit to our Customers. Our 17 strong sales team enable Customers to easily access us in person or by phone and get quick answers and solutions to their needs.”

As well as being the go to distributor for Retailers, DAD also service the National and Regional Housebuilders, PBSA, BTR and Student Accommodation markets, Social Housing specialists, Councils and Charities.

The Company has a longstanding and loyal team who care deeply about the business and its Customers. The business couldn’t service the Customers to the high standard that it does, without all departments from Sales to Credit Control, Marketing to Transport, Warehouse and everyone in between.

The team already work hard to optimise vehicle fill on a daily basis, and the IT solution will enable this to be done in a systematic way as well as using the knowledge of the Customer base that the Logistics and Sales teams have.
