Arcam says its new irDAC-II is a must-have for a modern digital consumer.
Boasting a range of roles – USB DAC, headphone amp and advanced Bluetooth streamer – the updated irDAC is also said to offer improved audio performance.
Bluetooth aptX connectivity is a new feature, while its ESS Sabre DAC is claimed to deliver performance that is “unmatched at the price”. It can be connected to a host of different digital sources, including USB, Bluetooth, optical and coaxial digital. All outputs can be controlled using an infra-red remote.
