Miele has added voice controlled refrigeration models to its Built-In K7000 range; ActiveDoor, allows consumers to open and close the doors automatically with voice commands using Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant.
The feature is available in two upgraded models within its range, the collection also includes new 178cm models, energy efficiency upgrades across the range and SoftClose doors on selected designs.
Within the range, Miele’s K 7797 C Built-in Fridge, also comes with four shelves, three crisper drawers, a chrome-plated metal bottle rack, CleanSteel dry back wall, FlexiTray, five door shelves and PerfectFresh Active with an automatically controlled temperature zone that operates between zero and three degrees centigrade for meat, fish and dairy products.
It also comes with DynaCool for an even temperature throughout, FlexiLight 2.0, ComfortClean door shelves for easy cleaning, SuperCool, Sabbath/Party/Holiday modes, Miele@home, FreshTouch controls and an audible/optical door alarm.

Miele’s FNS 7794 D Built-in Freezer also features its new ActiveDoor technology, it can also open automatically by knocking twice on the door and the pressure sensor, opening angle and default door closure can also be customised to suit the user’s needs.
With eight telescopic drawers including Ice and PizzaBox drawers, this NoFrost model also comes with a SoftClose door, energy efficient LED lighting, Sabbath mode (disables lights, displays, and certain automatic functions to comply with the observance of the Jewish Sabbath and holidays), Party mode (the appliance will rapidly cool freezer compartments to accommodate the quick cooling of large quantities of food and drinks), Miele@home connectivity, FreshTouch controls and audible/optical door and temperature alarms. Designed to sit side by side with the K 7797 C fridge.
The additional features expands Miele’s smart home offering, whilst continuing the brands 125 year legacy of remaining at the cutting edge of technology.
