Two home appliance companies have been recognised as Top Employers in the UK. BSH has been certified for the tenth consecutive year, while Haier Smart Home UK & Ireland was also named for the third year running.
Top Employers are organisations that have demonstrated exceptional commitment to creating and implementing workplace practises that empower their employees. The results are based on the Top Employers Institute’s HR Best Practices Survey, which covers six HR domains consisting of 20 topics including People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Wellbeing and more.
To achieve this recognition, both BSH and Haier Smart Home UK & Ireland underwent a rigorous analysis of its human resources management and employee conditions.
