Dreame has officially opened its first UK flagship store in Birmingham, marking a significant step in the company’s expansion.
Located on New Street near the Bullring Shopping Centre in the heart of the city, the two-storey showroom offers Dreame’s full range of products, including robotic vacuums, wet and dry vacuums, robotic lawn mowers, and personal care devices.
Speaking at the store opening, Kurt Wang, Dreame’s UK Country Manager, said: “The launch of our flagship store in Birmingham is a key milestone for Dreame in the UK. With the X50 Series Robot Vacuums, for example, we aim to offer consumers smarter, more efficient cleaning solutions and solidify our position as the top robotic vacuum brand by 2025.”
At the grand opening event, Dreame unveiled its latest premium products, such as the X50 Series Robot Vacuums, the H15 Pro Wet and Dry Vacuum, the A2 Robotic Mower, and the Airstyle Pro Hair Tool. The brand that these new releases underline its commitment to developing cutting-edge, high-performance solutions for modern households.
Since entering the UK market in September last year, Dreame has achieved rapid growth, with its high-end robotic vacuums consistently selling across major online and retail platforms like Amazon, Currys, Harvey Norman, and Costco.
The company’s achievements in the UK follow a strong performance in European markets, where it became a top seller in countries including Germany, France, and Switzerland in 2024.
The flagship X50 Series Robot Vacuums are a highlight of Dreame’s product range, featuring advanced AI-powered systems that deliver seamless and precise whole-home cleaning. The X50 Ultra Complete model, for instance, uses the ProLeap System to navigate obstacles up to 6cm high and clean under low furniture, while the HyperStream DuoBrush ensures sustained suction and effective hair detangling. The compact X50 Master offers similar features in a slim design, ideal for space-conscious homes. Both models include convenient features like auto-refilling and draining, providing a fully hands-free cleaning experience.
Looking ahead, Dreame said it is focused on increasing its retail presence in the UK. Plans are already in place to open two additional stores in key locations, allowing more consumers to explore its advanced smart home products.
