CEDIA, the Association for Smart Home Professionals™, is thrilled to announce the finalists for this year’s CEDIA Smart Home Awards EMEA, recognising standout smart home achievements in design, innovation and technical expertise throughout the region. As the EMEA CEDIA Awards mark 20 years in 2026, this year’s finalists reflect both the programme’s enduring legacy and the future of connected living, brought to life through CEDIA’s global theme, ‘Beyond What You See’.
“As we mark 20 years of the EMEA CEDIA Smart Home Awards in 2026, this year’s finalists demonstrate just how far the smart home industry has come,” says Matt Nimmons, CEDIA Managing Director EMEA. “Their work captures the creativity, technical precision and forward-thinking approach that continue to shape connected living across the region, perfectly reflecting our global theme, ‘Beyond What You See’.”
Across project, business, product and individual achievement categories, the 2026 CEDIA Smart Home Awards EMEA finalists showcase the strength, ambition and continued progression of the smart home industry. From first-time entrants bringing new perspectives to established names building on years of excellence, this year’s shortlist celebrates the skill, creativity and commitment driving the CEDIA community forward.
The EMEA finalists represent companies from Saudi Arabia, India, Germany, Kenya, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, Greece, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Jersey.
The EMEA company finalists in the Project categories, include Avensys and Epitome Living, while in the Business categories ADI, Alltrade Distribution Ltd and Monitor Audio Group were among those in the shortlist.
In the Global Product categories, finalists included Crestron Electronics, Harman International, Kaleidescape, Inc., Lutron Electronics, Samsung Electronics America and Sony Consumer Integrated Systems.
Each entry has been assessed by a global panel of industry experts using category-specific judging criteria. Depending on the award category, judges considered a range of factors, including technical execution, design integration, innovation, business performance, and overall impact.
“As we celebrate 20 years of the CEDIA Smart Home Awards in the EMEA market, our judges play a vital role in upholding the integrity and credibility of the programme,” adds Nimmons. “Their expertise ensures that this milestone year continues to recognise the very best in smart home innovation, craftsmanship and professional excellence.”
