Entries are OPEN for the ERT Awards 2023, bringing you all the usual categories and opportunities to get involved. But this year, we have introduced a brand new category!
On the retailer side, the category for Best Independent Electrical Retailer – Custom Install, sponsored by AWE, is new!
This trophy will be awarded to an independent retailer that has developed its brown goods custom installation offering in line with the growth of its associated product areas. Whether it’s whole home audio, home cinemas, lighting systems, or networking and automation solutions, retailers should describe the integration services they offer and demonstrate how they have utilised the margin opportunities to help develop their business.
Even if it’s simply fixing a standard-size TV to the wall, the judges will want to see how retailers go the extra mile to cater to their customers’ needs!
Retailers should include in their entry statements examples of some of their best installation projects – with images if possible – describing the original requirements, the end result and the work that was carried out.
