Spare parts specialist ASWO has been appointed as an Authorised Reseller for parts, accessories and consumables by Miele UK.
German-owned ASWO has been a trusted partner with Miele in Europe for more than 25 years and together they have developed a strong and collaborative working relationship.
This new agreement between the two companies’ UK entities is a landmark for ASWO UK as the company has created its first UK-based warehouse with stock of Miele spare parts; it will continue to offer its professional repair customers a next day delivery service from its new Coventry base.
Head of Sales for ASWO UK, Nick Viney, said: “This is a significant step for us as we continue our path in the UK to become the most trusted and reliable distributor of spare parts in the UK repair market. We have created our first ASWO logistics centre in Coventry, which is a mini replica of our international distribution centres in Germany and France, and will provide a platform for our future plans and needs.”
Service Director at Miele, Aisha Tague, added: “We are delighted to continue to work with ASWO as they establish their own UK-based subsidiary. Working with such an established wholesaler will continue to ensure that genuine Miele spare parts are sold to support our role in maintaining sustainable appliances.”
