Bertazzoni has launched a fully stainless steel option of its Heritage Series induction range cookers – a first ever for the classically-styled collection.
Previously only available in back and ivory finishes, the new aesthetic is available in two dimensions – 120cm and 90cm – and also with gas or induction cooktops.
Offering clean aesthetics within the authentic embodiment of the Italian brand’s heritage, the 120cm in particular is an iconic range cooker with a 40amp power supply.
With double multifunction oven, the HER125I3EXT has induction cooktop and griddle and two best-in-class capacity 69 litre ovens. Both ovens feature 11 different cooking functions, as well as a built-in thermometer to ensure precision cooking and professional performance, in the main oven cavity.
Bursting with design elements akin to Bertazzoni’s first ever wood-burning stoves, such as striking, rounded chrome controls and handles, the range cooker can be further enhanced with the optional Collezione Metalli – a décor set to further accentuate the finials, knobs and handles in gold-plated, copper-plated or black Nickel-plated options.
Elegant in design, the induction cooktop has five active heating zones, all of which can be used simultaneously and heat 60 per cent faster than their ceramic glass counterparts and twice as fast as the most powerful residential gas burners. The booster function accelerates this efficiency further taking the zone to boiling point in just a couple of minutes.
Maurizio Severgnini, Managing Director of Bertazzoni UK Ltd, said: “The Heritage Series is a much-loved collection of ours and we wanted to further enhance its appeal with a simple but effective aesthetic.
“Whilst stainless steel-only finishes may not be a new concept, these new models have Bertazzoni’s inimitable design elements styled alongside time-honoured production methods, which culminate in an unrivalled offering for discerning consumers.”
