Smeg has launched a new colourway for its toaster and kettle range – emerald green, complete with a sleek matte finish, joins the brand’s extensive portfolio of pastels and contemporary shades.
The brand identified the growing popularity of the matte finish in recent years, with the emerald green joining Smeg’s existing matte black, white and champagne kettles and toasters, the texture provides appliances and household accessories with elegance and character.
Smeg’s ‘50s, retro-style design, the KLF03 and TSF01 feature rounded lines, chrome detailing and stainless-steel accents, combining both the latest technology and style in one package.
Its KLF03 has a large capacity of 1.7L, which is the equivalent to seven cups. It features a soft opening lid, 360-degree swivel base with non-slip feet, automatic shut-off at 100 degrees, a removable, washable stainless steel limescale filter and concealed heating element to prevent limescale build-up.
Its TSF01 two-slice toaster includes; extra-wide and deep 36mm slots that are perfect for thick-cut, artisan breads and bagels, six browning levels and has three pre-set functions, defrost, reheat and a bagel setting.
It also features; an illuminated dial while in operation, a touch-release removable stainless-steel crumb tray, built-in cord wrap and anti-slip feet.
