Hotpoint has announced a new line-up of ActiveCare Washer Dryers, using ActiveCare technology designed to efficiently remove stubborn stains at protective temperatures as low as 20 degrees.
The low-temperature cycles not only protects clothes so they stay looking their best for longer, it also helps to keep energy usage low. The technology pre-mixes water and detergent to create a powerful cleaning mousse that penetrates deeply into fabrics, helping to remove stubborn stains, such as wine, coffee, oil and tomato sauce.
ActiveCare technology also detects the moisture levels on clothes through assessing the load size, setting the correct temperature level inside the drum – so your load, of any size, will come out perfectly dry.

The Steam Refresh cycle on these new washer-dryers will also save users time on unnecessary washing. When clothes are still clean but simply need refreshing, the technology eliminates bad odours and relaxes fibres, without washing, and in just 20 minutes. Not only that, but Steam Hygiene technology can remove up to 99.9 per cent of viruses and bacteria from your laundry.
Ms Garner said the ActiveCare Washer Dryer combines performance and style to meet every laundry need and intended to suit every household. The range includes models with XL Capacity for loads of up to 11kg.
