Miele’s new H2766-1 BP Oven with AirFry Function features a new AirFry mode, which combines Fan Plus and Top Heat with the relevant temperature for hot air frying.
Its oven also comes with a baking sheet, universal tray, baking and roasting rack and FlexiClip telescopic runners with the added option of a grilling and roasting insert for the complete set-up.
Miele’s new AirFry function results in crispier results when compared to using the regular fan oven setting, all while freeing up valuable countertop space in the process by removing the requirement for a countertop air fryer.
The Perforated Gourmet Baking and AirFry Tray can also be used for baking crispy bread and pizza while pastries will produce a fluffy crumb and evenly browned surface. It’s also ideal for the gentle drying out of fruit for cakes and steamed puddings or vegetables for soups, casseroles, sauces and stews.
