Lithe Audio launches compact Bluetooth Ceiling Speaker

Lithe Audio has launched a new all-in-one wireless four-inch Bluetooth Ceiling Speaker into its Award-winning ceiling speaker range.

The IP44-rated waterproof speaker comes in a compact, sleek unit; it’s particularly ideal for adding audio to smaller rooms and spaces – en-suite bathrooms, smaller kitchens and bedrooms, garden rooms, or even holiday lodges.

With the highly efficient 25W RMS Class D Amplifier and the latest Bluetooth 5.0 technology built-in, this is a completely wireless solution – although the speaker can also be cable linked to a TV or other audio output via a 3.5mm Jack input.

Bluetooth 5.0 technology promises perfectly uninterrupted low latency audio projection, giving complete sound coverage for the room – and the speakers pair with Alexa or Google Home for easy and convenient voice-control. The speakers work with any Bluetooth device and the wireless range for Bluetooth V5.0 devices is up to 30 metres.

Useful features include Volume Cap 50 per cent, enabling you to control your audio levels if required, Password Protection and unique Speaker Naming via the Lithe Audio setup app for Android and iOS.

Ease of installation and use are other key benefits of the new speaker – cables can be pre-wired for easy install, and the speaker simply connects to the existing lighting circuit or any mains power feed. The speakers come with a fully enclosed back which gives Lithe acoustic engineers the ability to tune the speaker to deliver maximum sound for its compact size.

“We wanted to expand our ceiling speaker range to provide a solution for businesses and consumers seeking a good quality, affordable, wireless ceiling speaker system that brings the latest in connectivity tailored to the size of their space,” said Amit Ravat, Co-Founder of Lithe Audio.

“From hoteliers and housing developers looking for a flexible in-room and en-suite audio solutions – either wireless or connected to TV and other audio systems – to consumers living in apartments or homes wanting sound-capped audio in their en-suite or kids’ rooms, we believe that this is an unrivalled ceiling speaker solution.”
