Italian appliance manufacturer Bertazzoni is highlighting the growing influence of soft, light-led kitchen design with the introduction of finishes aligned to ‘Cloud Dancer’, named by Pantone as its Colour of the Year 2026.
Reflecting a wider shift in contemporary interiors, the delicate off-white tone signals a move away from purely decorative colour towards palettes that help shape the mood and usability of living spaces. The shade’s emphasis on light, balance and warmth closely mirrors Bertazzoni’s long-standing approach to colour as a defining element of kitchen character, expressed within the Heritage Series through the Avorio enamel finish. This soft ivory tone is designed to create bright, welcoming kitchens while pairing naturally with tactile materials, neutral schemes and both modern and traditional cabinetry.
The 90cm Heritage Series range cooker (HER96L2EAVT) combines this classic aesthetic with practical versatility, featuring a double electric oven configuration that allows multiple dishes to be prepared simultaneously. The main oven offers 11 cooking functions, while the auxiliary static oven provides four, supported by a digital programmer for straightforward control. Six gas burners deliver flexibility across everyday cooking tasks, including a high-efficiency dual-ring burner producing up to 5kW of power. Matching splashbacks and extractor hoods are also available, enabling retailers and designers to specify a cohesive, coordinated look.
The Heritage Series aesthetic is rooted in the company’s history, drawing inspiration from the original wood-burning stoves developed by founder Napoleone Bertazzoni in the early 20th century. Today, that legacy is reinterpreted through advanced engineering and contemporary cooking technology, resulting in appliances that blend traditional styling with modern performance.
Alongside range cookers, the Heritage Series includes built-in ovens, hobs, hoods, built-in and freestanding columns and dishwashers, offering a complete suite for kitchen projects seeking a distinctive yet timeless character. In this context, lighter tones such as Avorio move beyond being a decorative choice to become a defining design element that shapes how domestic spaces look, feel and function.
