Abbingdon Global Ltd is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Bayliss as Business Development Manager – Silent Power, reinforcing the company’s commitment to accelerating growth across the UK and US custom installation (CI) markets.

Mr Bayliss joins Silent Power with more than 25 years of experience in the high-fidelity audio, custom install, and specialist AV sectors.
His extensive background spans retail, distribution, international market development, and brand expansion, making him ideally positioned to drive Silent Power’s next phase of growth.

In his new role, Mr Bayliss will lead new business development across the US CI market, working closely with Silent Power’s US leadership team to build strategic partnerships, strengthen integrator networks, and support distributor performance.

He will also focus on expanding the brand’s presence within the UK custom install and high-end Hi-Fi sectors, developing a robust dealer pipeline and representing Silent Power at key industry events.

As the brand continues to scale internationally, Mr Bayliss will act as an ambassador, delivering technical training, supporting distributor strategy, and contributing to long-term growth planning. He brings a proven track record of building dealer networks, managing international distribution, and driving double-digit growth in competitive markets.

His previous experience includes senior sales leadership roles within respected audio and CI organisations, as well as extensive US market engagement and international territory management.
