Samsung Launches the Kitchen Circle

Samsung Electronics UK has announced the launch of the Samsung Kitchen Circle, a focused programme allowing support, education and acknowledgement for dedicated Samsung Kitchen Specialists.

The company said the idea will help further its role as a leader within the domestic appliances industry.

As part of the programme, Kitchen Specialists will be offered ongoing product support as well as a rolling year-round rewards scheme and the chance to be recognised at an awards event later in the year.

Samsung will offer support through a specialised technical team and a full suite of online marketing materials and in-store video assets. Additionally, product training for each new launch (and refresher training when required) will be included along with access to Samsung’s consumer marketing plan for 2019, and a monthly Round-Up newsletter detailing any key activities.

“At Samsung we have a team of people who are incredibly passionate about kitchens and home appliances and we feel that the Samsung Kitchen Circle really provides us with a two-way channel to put this across and engage more with our Kitchen Specialist customers.

“Our intention is to make the programme and their partnership with us as rewarding, enjoyable and human as possible with many occasions to celebrate their successes, give feedback to us and build skills continually along the way.”
