Metz has announced it has added to its UK sales team with its appointment of Sam Roper as its new Area Manager for the South of England.
Mr Roper has previously worked in sales and support roles at John Lewis before he moved into sales and operational management roles at Sony and Currys before joining Metz.
Mr Roper said: “I feel incredibly fortunate to have joined Metz at such a pivotal time. Coming from a consumer electronics and retail background, I have a ‘boots on the ground’ perspective on the market, so am genuinely thrilled about the prospects that lie ahead for it in the UK.

His role at the brand involves sales and account management, servicing Metz’s existing retailer base as well as looking for new, independent stockists.
