Iceking and Cookology, manufacturer of British designed kitchen appliances is excited to become approved suppliers to Combined Independent Holdings (CIH), Europe’s largest electrical buying group with around 450 members and approximately 600+ stores across the UK.
Part of Euronics and celebrating more than 60 years of bringing together independent retailers and brand partners across the globe, CIH operates in over 30 countries with an annual turnover of €25.3 billion (£21.62bn).
Taking the guesswork out of procuring and tracking goods, CIH make it possible for the independent retailer to spend time focusing on their customers. With access to the latest products and promotions from leading manufacturers and supplier brands, as well as stock availability, lead times, delivery, and product warranties, Iceking and Cookology are now doing their bit in ensuring CIH members continue to stay relevant within their local community.
Today, the groups combined purchasing power now includes unrestricted access to more than 175k appliances by Cookology and Iceking, which are designed for everyday cooking, cooling, laundry, and dishwashing in the modern kitchen and utility space.
Andrew Wright, founder of Cookology and owner of Iceking remarks, “We’re always looking for new ways to leverage our brands, and so partnering with CIH is yet another positive step towards greater B2B collaboration, strengthening national supply chains, and advancing how our products perform on the shelves of high street retailers.
We launched our first house brand, Cookology, over a decade ago with the aim to bring stylish, reliable, and high-quality appliances to homes up and down the country. Adding Iceking to our product mix in 2025 means we can offer CIH members a complete catalogue of complementary ovens, hobs, cooker hood sets, fridges, freezers, and wine coolers so they can serve real needs and bring extra value to their customers.”
Combined Independent Holdings (CIH) provides a range of services and benefits that are designed to support independent electrical retailers and their customers with exclusive and competitively priced product ranges, which they can’t find anywhere else on the high street, or internet.
