Mr Fierling commented on his departure: After a very successful journey and having set up the business and organisational transformation to succeed in Europe, I believe it is the right time for me to move on.

“I’m leaving a winning organisation with the strongest team in the industry that’s committed to exceeding our customer expectations and to delight our users with the best-connected suite of innovations in the market.”

He joined Haier in 2015 and has expanded its geographical and category scope – making Haier Europe among the fastest growing players in the industry.

Haier stated that its European Senior Leadership Team will continue to focus on the company’s strategy execution and pursue its vision to be the first consumer choice for smart home solutions.
