D.A.D – Domestic Appliance Distributors – has announced that two new colleagues have joined the team.
Mark Harrison has joined as the company’s new Logistics Director. Mr Harrison has over 25 years’ experience in logistics, having worked in senior management roles for companies including DHL, Laithwaites Wine and Oak Furniture Land.
He is no stranger to running large distribution warehousing and brings first class credentials to the business, the distribution company said, including operational delivery optimisation, excellent people management, implementation of efficiencies and cost savings and delivering an exceptional customer service experience.
Also, “we are delighted to welcome another new member to the D.A.D family – Katie Clark is joining us as SDA National Account Manager,” D.A.D said.
Ms Clark has over 19 years of experience in SDA. She brings a wealth of knowledge to the team, including building ranges and working strategically with brands to manage national promotional calendars for the independent channel.
She will be working closely with the team to ensure synergy between purchasing and sales with the goal to drive the business forward and accelerate sales.
