Combined Independents (Holdings) Ltd (CIH), has launched its new and improved eCommerce website.
Boasting a fuss-free on-brand aesthetic, the improved Euronics website details the latest major domestic appliances, small domestic appliances, as well as TV and audio products available to consumers.
In addition to detailing the appliances available online, the new site can also direct consumers to their nearest Euronics store and advise of the delivery and installation options available.
The new eCommerce website provides consumers with additional detailed product information to ensure an easier, quicker experience when looking for the perfect appliance that fits their needs and their lifestyle requirements too.
Furthermore, consumers are now able to select ‘click and collect’ as a delivery option, providing greater flexibility for consumers so they can collect their order from a pre-chosen location at a time that is suitable for them. Designed with ease of use in mind, the new Euronics site also benefits from upgraded functionality of the menu choices, search functions and stock availability options too.
Robert Blair, Head of Marketing and eCommerce, CIH said: “Physical retail stores have always been, and always will continue to be, a core part of Euronics and CIH however, with the increase in online retail, especially for electrical items, we needed to up our game. Our new omni-channel approach is to grow our brand awareness, while strengthening the support for our agents and increasing the value to our suppliers.
