Caple has appointed a new business development manager (BDM) for East Midlands, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk and parts of Bedfordshire.
James Smith has an established background in the appliance industry spanning 20 years, his most recent position was Sales Trainer and BDM at Miele GB. Mr Smith’s new role at Caple involves looking after established accounts in his specified areas and includes sourcing new prospects to partner with.
He said: “I am delighted to be working with the Caple brand and I look forward to using my extensive appliance knowledge to greater effect. Having already established good working relationships with some showrooms in my designated areas, I am looking forward to growing existing accounts, building relationships with new customers and boosting area sales further.”
