The company is the highest-ranking home appliance manufacturer on the list and placed fourth in the “manufacturing and industrial production” sectors.
Beko’s commitment is detailed in its recently published 2023 sustainability report, which outlines the company’s progress towards its ambitious goal of becoming a Net Zero business by 2050.
TIME Magazine’s Most Sustainable Companies ranking assessed over 5,000 global companies using a four-step methodology including evaluating a company’s participation in recognised sustainability initiatives like Science Based Targets, the availability, quality and adherence to international standards of companies’ sustainability reports and analysing environmental and social responsibility performance indicators.
Beko’s recognition by TIME and Statista is a significant milestone that celebrates the company’s achievements and reinforces their commitment to driving sustainable change.
