APS Distribution, the home of Swift Electrical, has appointed Wayne Paskin as Head of Business Development and Roger Giles as Head of Sales and Product Developments.

The pair bring extensive experience from their previous roles at AO and other companies within the industry – with their appointments further supporting the company’s ongoing growth in the appliance market.

Roger Giles has most recently been UK Sales Manager at AO Business Contracts and Business Development Manager at AO Business – Housebuilders. His previous roles, including Contract Sales Manager at Omega PLC and Regional Sales Manager at Moores Furniture Group, have provided him with valuable experience in managing sales teams and developing business partnerships.

Mr Giles said: “I am excited to join APS and apply my experience to help develop the business further. I look forward to working with the team to build strong partnerships and drive sustainable growth in the appliance market.”

Wayne Paskin brings considerable experience from his recent roles as Senior Business Development Manager – Contracts and Business Development Manager in the housebuilder division at AO. His background also includes roles at Omega PLC, JPD Contracts and PJH Group, where he gained expertise in market expansion and driving sales growth.
