Glen Dimplex Home Appliances (GDHA) has announced the appointment of Mike Butt as its new Commercial Director.
Mr Butt has been with GDHA for almost four years, during which time he has built up a strong understanding of the company’s domestic and international markets. His previous role was Managing Director of the Glen Dimplex Medical Appliances business and prior to that he spent more than 15 years within the food service equipment sector.
He steps into the new position following the decision by long-serving Commercial Director, Jonathan Casley, to leave the business. Mr Casley was with GDHA for more than two decades, initially joining kitchen appliance brand Belling as Business Development Manager, where he was instrumental in transforming the fortunes of the brand, overseeing its expansion from an electric cooking brand to a market leading kitchen appliance manufacturer.
