Now celebrating its 30th anniversary, Acoustic Energy has unveiled its third product launch under its new British ownership – the Aego BT2 Bluetooth loudspeaker.
This model promises to deliver a room-filling, full-bodied sound with a power rating of 40 watts RMS. It uses bespoke 2.5in drivers and large, side-firing bass radiators.
For optimum performance, the BT2 also has a ‘stereo link mode’, where two speakers can be used as a stereo pair. It also supports Bluetooth 4.2 and Apt-X Low Latency for video playback without lipsync issues.
It offers a battery life of 36 hours and has a suggested price of £249.
