Panasonic has introduced its first slow juicer, the MJ-L500. It is said to allow for the quick creation of healthy drinks and smoothies without damaging nutrients and enzymes. It spins instead of cuts, which helps to ensure more vitamin C remains in the juice. The low-speed motor also avoids loss of nutrients, and limits heat and air exposure. It sells for £199.99.
