Combining artistic flair and “cutting-edge” audio technology, the Marquis Memento Mori headphone amplifier and stand designed by Metaxas and Sins, is said to be the ideal centrepiece for the design-conscious music lover.
The brand is now available in the UK and has signed a deal with London headphone specialist Audio Sanctuary.
The power supply is hidden inside the unit’s solid milled aluminium base stand, while the main ‘skull’ has VU meters inset in the eye sockets.
The Mori can also be used as a preamp for connection to power amps to drive loudspeakers. It retails at £6,000.
