The third European TCG Retail Summit in Amsterdam (April 20-21) will see top management from Europe’s most influential retailers and manufacturers attend.
At the conference, held at Amsterdam’s Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky, industry leaders will discuss how to build a better ecosystem and how to improve the environment to support sales of electrical products and services, both in-store and online.
The theme of the 2016 conference is “Buy with one click: What’s the point of stores exactly?” The programme will focus on current best practices and how to build a sustainable multichannel strategy.
It will also look at data threats and cyber security, after the attack on Dixons Carphone Group last year revealed the potential threat and possible consequences of cyber-attacks.
Leading retailers will be invited to speak and present during the conference.
Speakers will include:
Sergio Klaus-Peter Voigt, chief procurement officer, Media-Saturn Holding;
Hans Carpels, president, Euronics International;
Mark Slater, managing director Ireland, Dixons Carphone Group;
