Smeg UK has appointed Dan Connell as national account manager for its small domestic appliance (SDA) business.
Mr Connell will report to head of national accounts Matt Balm and brings a wealth of knowledge to the SDA division, having 13 years’ industry experience across both major domestic appliances and SDA, working in product, trade, commercial and category sales and marketing roles. He has previously worked for companies including Glen Dimplex, Russell Hobbs and Hoover Candy.
Smeg UK sales director Paul Barker said: “We’re delighted to welcome Dan into the growing sales team to support the long-term development of our SDA businesses, which continue to deliver healthy growth.
