Electrical buying group Combined Independents Holdings (CIH), which is part of Euronics, has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Linsar for its new SDA range.
Entering the small domestic appliance market for the first time, the new range of kettles and toasters are an expansion to the Linsar portfolio, which has traditionally been known for its TVs.
Linsar was bought by Australian Tempo International in July last year for an undisclosed sum.
The new SDA range includes a two-slice toaster, two cordless kettles, a pyramid kettle and a jug kettle.
James Aldridge, SDA buyer at CIH, said: “The Linsar SDA range is exclusive in its entirety to Euronics agents and, with a strong warranty offered to consumers, retailers can benefit by being the only retailers to stock this brand new range. We expect the coloured small domestic appliances to be big sellers as bold, bright appliances are predicted to be a popular trend in 2018. The exclusive range will add a splash of colour to the kitchen – the heart of the home.”
