Host revealed for kbbreview Retail & Design Awards

With just three weeks to go, the kbbreview Retail & Design Awards has announced who the top celebrity host will be at the KBB industry’s biggest event.

The host for the 23rd annual awards will be one of the UK’s biggest names in stand-up – Jimmy Carr.

Mr Carr, who is currently on a massive UK tour, will be including the kbbreview Retail & Design Awards as part of his non-stop schedule.

The event takes place at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole on March 27, and is the biggest social and networking event in the industry, with hundreds of key KBB players celebrating the very best retailers and designers in the UK and Ireland.

“We’re so excited to welcome Jimmy Carr back to the kbbreview Retail & Design Awards,” said managing editor Andrew Davies. “Jimmy was our compere over 10 years ago, so it’s the first time we’ve ever had a returning host, but in that decade he’s become one of the best-known faces on TV.

“The single biggest question I ever get asked on the awards is, ‘who’s the host?’ So, for the first time ever ahead of the event, everyone now knows the answer.”

Prices for the awards are £249 (+VAT) for single places or £2,350 (+VAT) for tables of 10, but available places are now limited, so if you haven’t booked yet, you need to do so as soon as you can.

The kbbreview Retail & Design Awards will run alongside the kbbreview Retail & Design Conference.

Both events take place on the same date and in the same venue, with the conference running from 10am to 4pm and the awards from 7pm to 2am.

“You can book your place at just the conference, just the awards or there is a great discount for booking both,” Mr Davies said. “You do not need to attend the awards to be a delegate at the conference and vice versa.”

The kbbreview Retail & Design Conference is a great networking, debate, advice and trends event for anyone interested in kitchen and bathroom retail and design. The full list of speakers and the agenda is available here and includes some of the leading retailers and designers in the UK.

Prices for the conference are £69 (+VAT) for retailers and £149 (+VAT) for non-retailers.
