Alltrade opens two new trade counters

Custom install and home automation distributor Alltrade has announced the opening of two new trade counters in Reading and Bolton.

Both trade counters were opened at the end of March, with both branches stocking a range of Alltrade’s products, as well as being fitted with interactive training rooms.

The Bolton branch is the first of the company’s trade counters to be dedicated to CI technologies and represents a “major” expansion into the north of the country. The 6,000sq ft building is shared with leading CI software developer DemoPad.

The 2,500sq ft Reading branch has been fully refitted to Alltrade’s specification and includes a fully stocked warehouse, customer facing trade counter and a mezzanine floor with interactive training room.

Managing director, Steve Simper, commented: “With outstanding growth across our CI division we wanted a greater presence in the affluent areas of the M4 corridor and the North West. Having located and secured both new sites last year, we have had them fully refitted to our specification and incorporated extensive installer training facilities. We have also ensured both new Trade Counters have experienced, knowledgeable staff from the outset, including Nick Cain, branch manager at Bolton, and Leevan Smith, branch manager at Reading.”

The new trade counters are located at Unit A, Lambs Farm Business Park, Swallowfield, Reading, RG7 1PQ, and Unit 4, Document Interlink Building, Tonge Bridge Way, Bolton, BL2 6BF. Both sites are fully open for business and accepting new trade accounts now.
